We are off to the mountains in the morning, and I am right in the middle of packing. Oh what to bring! I guess I can leave my heels and vintage suitcases at home and take the cargos and back pack with me. Such a dilemma to decide. It will be a grand adventure though!
Hello to hiking, sweating, dirt and yes - fishing! (It's really not so bad.) It's a good change of pace to this city life. Check back in a week and I'll be back! And I might be doing a little posting while I'm up in 'dem mountains. (Only if we can find internet connection!)

Is anyone else as obsessed with So You Think You Can Dance as me? I can't wait to watch it each week and probably my most favorite part of the show is - Cat! Love her! Do you?
I know posting has been a little sparse this week, but sometimes life just gets to going and there is little time for extras. Oh well, I promise this week will be better. And then next week, we'll be out on vacation - so posting will definitely be sparse or not at all. But I'll be back . . . if I have to!
With this heat wave (I guess all of summer is a heat wave in Texas) all I'm craving is clean, light spaces. And isn't blue and white the perfect combo?
I am in love with hydrangeas (in fact we have some in our little house now - pretty) and I would die for those white washed wood floors. (Ok, not die because then I couldn't enjoy them. You know what I mean.)
(Maybe I'm loving clean blue and white because it reminds me of the ocean. I don't know and does it really matter? It is pretty!)
Lately, I've been a little obsessed with bracelets, watches, rings - anything that goes on your wrists and hands! I am just in a phase; I always seem to do that. I just overload one accessory at one time and then move on - go figure!
It's wedding season, everybody! (As if you didn't already know that with the stack of invitations sitting on your counter.) Even though we were married in November, wedding season brings great memories and emotions back to me. And what better accessory do you need than 1. a handsome groom and 2. a flower in your hair! So pretty!
